Await Authorization
Our customer support team will review your request within 24-48 hours and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with detailed shipping instructions via email.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached and drop it off at any of our partner courier branches or schedule a home pickup through our portal.
Inspection and Resolution
Once we receive and inspect your returned package, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement exchange item immediately.
